Research interests

In my PhD at University of Calgary, I have worked with anthelmintic resistance in small ruminant nematodes, developing diagnostic approaches and studying molecular epidemiology of anthelmintic resistance. As a Research Scientist at CFIA, I intend to apply DNA metabarcoding and NGS to improve diagnostics in food and animal parasitology.
